I pre-ordered an iPhone 11 through the Best Buy website and wanted to trade in an older iPhone. The value for the trade in was $400.00.
I went to pick up the phone and the attendant said there was a small scratch on the screen and they only wanted to give me $0.00 for the phone. I explained that the Best Buy website asked if the screen was cracked. Asked nothing about, "does the phone have any scratches?"
Best Buy deceived me with the value given on line and what they said in the store.
I cancelled the order for the phone. Walked a couple of doors down at the Cape Cod Mall and went to AT&T. Bought the iPhone there and AT&T gave me $345.00 for the phone.
Something seriously wrong at Best Buy and I will never shop there again.
