Asked sales associates of I could biee produce before purchasing no was his answer. If I wanted to view product I must purchase it first if it's not what I was expecting I could return it before I leave the store. What type of foolery is this?

I will never buy another product from best buy ever again. These last 2 visits to 2 different locations ended up with me leaving very unhappy for a service on my phone case that they messed up putting on. Was treated poorly by BOTH managers for something that their employees messed up. Highly advise anybody looking to get some sort of resolution to any problem they have with any electronic device they have to go elsewhere. Never buy anything from this franchise you will end up over paying and not getting your money's worth.
