We went to the geek squad at this location and had an appointment. We only needed to wait 15 minutes when we got there before we were helped. (Versus roughly 2-3 hours if you are a walk in)
Every single person who helped us was respectful, thorough, and very knowledgeable. One of the managers even tracked down an employee in the store to borrow their sim card to tripple check that our phones issue was in fact what we thought it was.
The process was a little lengthy, but that was only because of the issue we had with our device. They solved all of our problems and with our product warranty we didnt have to pay a dime!
They took a very stressful situation for us and made it go smoothly when no other store or company we went to would even give us the time of day.
We walked out with a lot more understanding than we went in with, and they even gave us some trouble shooting tips for the future.
