I ordered some camera’s for my trucks I waited 2 weeks, then checked on them an asked what is taking so long they replied we haven’t got them in stock, were waiting on them to come in so it could be As long as until the 30 of October But they will be in then, Then the employee took care of me for me having to wait, in the meantime I received an email from none other than Best Buy stating that the cameras won’t be in till November 15 now you talk about make me mad that’s the second time might’ve been one of the time even , So I told them I will be too busy working during the winter months to just knock off and come have cameras installed the Lady listens after me having to wait on the phone for 30 minutes at least and when I get to the end of my conversation almost she hangs up on me , So I call him back at the Hammond office I get that service desk lady she transferred me and then Hammond transfers me again without answering the phone to Slidell to make me wait all over again for another representative so finally I just gave up y’all be the judge what do y’all think ?
