Well... It took them a good while to find the right person for the right department, but when they finally did I think that she steered me in the right direction. I got the Bose headphones, over the Sony's that they suggested. Well, the manager had suggested I bought some Sony's. I guess we'll see how they turn out I will adjust the review

Great place and well trained staff
Went in to see Geek Squad and they were great. The floor person though was on their phone and I think either didn't know much about laptops or just really didn't care about customers.
