How do I check product availability at the Topeka Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

You call in and they tell you that they can not tell you what they have in stock...they tell you that you have to go online to find out what they have in the store even though the store itself can not tell you what they have in stock. you go online, then go to the store and show them that it says they have one in stock and they tell you that the online info is not correct????????????? WHAT IS THE POINT OF ALL OF THIS IF NONE OF THE STAFF CAN TELL YOU WHAT THEY HAVE AND THE ONLINE INFO IS WRONG ACCORDING TO THE SAME PEOPLE WHO TOLD YOU TO GO ONLINE?!?!?!??!!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Always had good experiences until last night. Looking to upgrade my Apple watch to the new Series 5. Apparently, Best Buy doesn't get any comp off Apple products?
Not one person came back to see if they could help me while I was back there for half hour! Hardly anyone in the store either. Maybe no one knows about Apple products?
I'm sure I can find some place that will take my dollars. Best Buy lost a sale. Possibly several. I'll be upgrading my phone soon. I've always gone through them because I liked service better but it's not looking so great anymore.
