I gave my laptop to the Geek Squad to send it out for physical damage repair around the screen. Once I got it back through the mail, a friend of mine who specializes in technology opened up the laptop to view the hard drive since my laptop had been running slow (mind you it had been running slow before I sent it out for repair). Once he opened my laptop up, we noticed there were massive scratch marks on the inside corner of my laptop, almost like someone had tried to aggressively pry it open. Now, my friend tested his instrument he used to open my laptop to make sure this was not his doing. No scratch marks were made by his tool. I just want to make people aware of this if anyone is thinking about sending out their laptop to Geek Squad. I was very disappointed.

Disappointed with my experience with Geek Squad 2 trips and $150 and my laptop still isn't working. I would like my money back but that is unlikely. Won't be coming back.
