On my way out of the store I overheard a sales person proving a response to her question as to why he was unable to help her load a TV into her SUV. His response was very snarky "that's why we offer free shipping.". I experienced similar responses a month ago on two different trips where I purchased televisions. The staff is apparently under orders to not assist customers who do not have cars large enough to load the TV up on the narrow end. Deplorable customer relations in this manner.

Geek Squad is always busy and you need an appt to get any help from them. It is easiest to set the appt online. I did however pick up my items from them without an appt. I just had to wait like 15min to be helped. The people in the computer dept are super helpful though. They helped me find a new computer that I wanted without trying to push a certain brand or sell me more expensive one. They also didn't try to sell me extra accessories or anything I didn't need.
