How do I check product availability at the Gurnee Best Buy?

It would be nice if they could take the time to listen and help instead of trying push me into a new product.
I was looking to have my laptop sent out for a replacement part and was already informed on how much that was going to be and was ready to pay that. All the tech wanted to do after I informed her of this was push me to look around for a new laptop. I informed her that I rather just have my laptop sent out she insisted on getting a new product that I didn't want.
I was going to purchase a surface pro as a gift from here but after today's experience I rather take my business elsewhere.
