Just got our new appliances today. Refrigerator, dish washer, stove, and range. Range and refrigerator have damage. Was asked to keep the range and take a $20 in store credit, and offered $100 in store for refrigerator. The fridge has a dent, pretty obvious in the door. The range has two dents and scuffs across the top. I paid for NEW appliances. Not slightly damaged. Oh and forgot to mention they brought the entirely wrong stove then the one we picked out. Just absolutely rediculous. Luckily my gf doesnt mind the stove (I dont like it, it's not what we paid for) so at least she can live with that. 3 out of 4 things we bought have an issue. Just unacceptable. *update* the range is being replaced. *update2* also paid for them to relocate the old fridge to the garage, they took the doors off it to get it out, out of the house, put it in my garage, left the doors off.... I paid extra for them to do half as work. *update* they replaced the refrigerator with a new one. Today they came to replace the range and........ drum roll..... they replaced it with another damaged one. *edit* my gf is arguing with them on the phone and being given the run around everyday. They do not want to replace the range again. Even the installer has said that the ranges are always damaged. Do not shop at bestbuy. *update* 10/22/20. The dishwasher doesn't dry half the time, the finish is coming off on the fridge and the dish washer, the stove knobs have stickers on them and they're peeling. Not even paid off yet. What a f*cking joke. Update again..... smh. Today the dish washer.... broke.... leaking. Just flashing a code wont do anything. Will never by samsung appliances again.....
My laptop had an error on boot-up and I wasn't sure that I was up to the task so I went to the geek squad. The squad member that I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. I was told they could do the job and I could pick up my laptop tomorrow. I'm sure the service will match my expectations.
Update: After two days I was told my laptop was ready for pickup. It still has the same error on boot-up for the same price I was quoted to fix it so I'm a bit disappointed.
Hands down the nicest, most knowledgeable employees you'll ever come across!
