Went in for laptop as mine crashed. Geek squad was honest and took his time to explain my options to me 5 star for the Geek squad!! No pressure told me to take my time. I decided to go look at laptops and get a new one. When i got to the laptop section I felt like the guy Mike was not listening to me. Each time i said i really don't want to spend too much he kept pointing me to the 1300 or 1500 dollar laptops... i don't do that much that i need that. So instead of buying a laptop i left frustrated. Decided to go to the best buy in Schaumburg and no pressure told them what i was looking for and 20 minutes later left with a new laptop.... point .... when showing customers things please keep in mind what they are saying to you not the sale you hope to get. So for Best Buy in Algonquin you only get 3 stars and that's primarily cause Geek Squad got 5 stars.
