Brought my Brothers printer in to Best Buy to be looked at to see why it wasn’t working. Panel said ADF needed to be closed. I didn’t know what that meant. I bought it from Best Buy so that’s why I took it there to be repaired. I was told by the Geek Squad that they had no knowledge about checking a printer. They only had knowledge about computers and iPads. If the Geek Squad can only be knowledgeable about computers then Best Buy should only sell computers. I had to take my printer to Staples to get checked and advised on what to do. I finally bought a new printer from them. Highly disappointed with Best Buy. I won’t buy from you again.
