Spur of the moment decision, drought with apprehension of the newbie or oldie, pick one, to order phones for new house online, from Best Buy, on my cell phone. Start (find the phone in their d-base) to finish (pay for phones with my credit card) took 8 minutes, and 5 minutes later I walk into BB, ask for my order, they hand it to me and done! Beats the heck out of shopping, ie looking for needle in a megastore full of needles. This on line shopping thing might just be here to stay...
Is the Sprint dealer within your store a part of the Sprint company? I came in the other day to look for deals for my family. The guy I was working with quickly gave me some options which were not in my favor so I left. I asked him If I was qualified for any specials, etc but he said I wasn't.
I went across the street to the stand alone Sprint store and they offered me buy one iphone get one free and waived the activation fee. We quickly jumped on it and made the purchase.
Very disappointed at this Best Buy store in Buford.

The salesman was wonderfull and very knowledgable however when I went to pay by check it declined it because the stupid system didn't recognize the bank so after they call the number there suggestion was to write a lot of small checks so it would recognize the bank and the checks on an 800 dollar item how ridiculous.
Helpful staff but overpriced products. Better to shouo on Amazon than best buy
