If not for Tyler, who we found working in the computer area, it would be one star. Asked for help at the mobile phone area re: Pixel phone accessories and they pointed and said "if we have any, they'll be in that area over there." Then, when trying to get help with Google Home and Amazon Alexa products, could not get anyone to help. On a trip a few days before, asked for help finding a Microsoft Surface charger and we were pointed in a direction. I've never had such poor experience in a Best Buy before. I'll stay away from this one, unless I want just browse unencumbered. The 2nd and 3rd pictures further illustrate the point.

I'm always able to find what I need to at this Best Buy. The staff is always friendly, however I always feel that they are understaffed.
Was greeted with the usual "dry hello" at the door. Went looking for a computer charger but had no one to ask questions of until we were about to leave the area. Stopped in the cell phone department to look at upgrading. Spent about 10 mins comparing phones and features on our own and not once did someone come over to help/assist, so we didn't buy anything. Serious lack of customer service so if you go in with questions or in need of assistance..........good luck.
