Horrible customer service. Best Buy and geek squad seems like there hiring employees that have 0 experience in the department they are placed in. I've purchased 3 items on 3 different occasions and was told from a manager and a Sr. Geek squad tech that they would solve my problems with my Samsung soundbar. Well it didn't and after paying $75 with a refund only through a gift card my wife connected it with a old microphone wire, it works but does not receive good sound. I spoke with 1-800 geek squad and geek squad at the Blanding location which I pay and have paid for many years that they could not help me and I would need to pay $100.00 for a tech just to come out also for any items that he may install. It's 1 wire.! I will start looking for other support services and start purchasing any products from other companies.!
