I bought a laptop and printer here a few months ago and the overall process was very smooth. Today the staff at this location, specifically the workers at Geek Squad, and someone named Michael possibly were able to assist me without having an appointment scheduled, or even being a geek squad member. I was having an issue with getting software (that is not even used or sold at Best Buy, Apple, Microsoft etc.) to run properly. Despite all of that, and how busy it was in the store today, they were still able to correctly install and format the program for me! This was extremely important for me, as I am a Pre-Medicine major and depended on the successful installation of this program in order to take my midterm exams. I cannot thank everyone enough who was able to assist me today and for all their time and patience! They could've very easily declined my request as this isn't a program they typically work with, and since I'm also not a member! GOD BLESS!

Went to buy a headphone jack adapter and asked someone where they would be.
One of the girls working there near the cell phone area said point blank "Yeah we only carry the 3.5mm ones."
Literally found this item in the same store. Clueless staff but the store is pretty decently stocked.

I know Best Buy can be great as a rule, but I purchased a tv in September. We scheduled delivery and on delivery day they wouldn't allow driver to bring our tv stating it was scheduled for pick-up at a different location. After trying to sort this out, one person I spoke with said if I didn't pick it up, which I couldn't bc it wouldn't fit in my car, it would just be returned to stock and I would be credited. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have recd emails showing that it has bm returned and I have been credited, yet somehow it is on my credit card statement. Needless to say I have disputed the charge and am awaiting the outcome. This was some sort of error on their part and I am praying it gets resolved quickly.
