I went in to look at a product that they showed as carrying on their website. They did not physically have the product in the store, but the employee who helped me was knowledgeable about the product and helped me get a good sense of whether it was what I was looking for or not.

I called the store and no one ever answered the phone after 5 minutes I gave up
