I actually left the store crying today after the customer service I received. I desperately need a phone, and after spending over an hour in store I left without one. I’m moving and need to be able to check my flight information, Uber to and from the airport, etc. Mine is absolutely dead, and I was looking to buy an unlocked phone and get Mint Mobile. Mauricio was nice enough at the start, and talked to me about getting a new Sprint plan and porting my current number over from T-mobile. He said I needed the T-Mobile account number and password. I’m not the primary account number, so I spent maybe 30-40 minutes calling my parents back and forth to get the information. Then after all these phone calls he said I need my mother’s social. At this point Mauricio was acting less professional, calling female coworkers “baby” and having side conversations with them. He said we could try without the social, as he said from the start I only needed the account number and password. After trying and me putting in MY social, he huffed and puffed saying it’s not going to work. I repeatedly asked for a print-out about the Sprint plan I was signing up for, and he looked briefly and gave up, refusing to even show me a flyer about the contract he was trying to sign me up for. Then Mauricio says that he’s been here for 8 years, and could call Sprint and help me, but he’s not going to do that. He said to just get the Sprint plan with a new number, and to call Sprint later to get my current phone number back so that they could deal with it. I politely told Mauricio I wasn’t going to give him the sale. Mauricio may be experienced but he is clearly burnt out, refusing to do what the customer needs, and only doing the minimum in order to get him the sale and get the customer out of the store.

General manager working on 10/14 10:30am was no help at all gave me 2 seconds of his time and the information on a computer he was giving me was completely wrong I had to look in the computer myself to find out. The other sales team on the floor at that time were extremely helpful and nice. Went back and bought a computer from Mia she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!!!

Best Buy genius are not the brains they claim to be.... when you need them the most, they have no idea what talking about! Nor, did anyone in the store know how to help or even that software existed. Note: If you buy something they only offer 14 days to return! Buyer Beware!!!! Shop somewhere where they stand behind their merchandise
