I visited with my son so he could pick up an item he ordered. We also checked out their video game selection. We also had a memory flashback, Haha, that we wanted to look at nest, cameras. They were pricey, so we picked a more reasonable alternative. We had a few questions for an associate that has approached us. He was very nice, helpful and professional. We purchased the unit, with minimal checkout time. Great shopping here, great selection, we will be back to check out black Friday deals.
Always a great experience at this particular bestbuy. They bend over backwards to help you out even if they have to order something from another bestbuy. Franco is great any problems ask for franco he's so nice.
Shoot, I felt like I was at the Marilago. These employees kept asking how they could be of service. I had to get my wallet out and shoo them away with dollar bills. Let me browse a bit son.

I won’t be using this location anymore. I’ve had a couple experiences here lately that were less than professional. The children that they are choosing to employ here have no customer service etiquette and most of the time barely any knowledge of product. Tried to get to geek squad today for a simple question and whatever 18-year-old girl they have answering the phone threw me attitude because I was apparently inconveniencing her with the phone call. Tried to talk to her about the computer, she acted like I was speaking a different language and then gave me more attitude when I told her that I wanted to actually speak to a member of the geek squad since she wasn’t able to help. If I ever need to figure out how to open Instagram on my phone I’ll call her back because I’m sure that’s probably all she knows. Otherwise I will be using the Denver West location since they were able to get me directly to a geek squad, answer my question, and provide a solution all in the same phone call.
