A huge thank you to Evelynn w/the Geek Squad in the Greeley store!! My Powerbeats Pro bricked after a failed update, chatted w/Apple care and they said to bring them to Best Buy... I walked in there with like 1% confidence that they could fix them. She had the same earbuds and was able to use her case to resync my buds, and they work now. Took her like 30 mins to figure it out, and I'm thankful that she took the time, I was shocked when it worked!! Seriously, her determination, intelligence and problem solving skills are valuable assets, hope it is recognized by BB/Geek Squad. Thanks again Evelynn, 5 stars+!!
