Terrible customer service, wasn’t greeted like many other Best Buy’s do. Went to customer service to pick up a package and was helped by Charleen who did a terrible job. Ended up going to someone else who could finally help us out. Very disappointed with Charleen and her attitude, she should not be on customer service.
Associates obviously do not want to be there to help customers. If you don't like to help customers then go work somewhere else. The only nice person is the one who greets the customers....
Wow,!!! I'm so impressed with the staff (Ryan supervisor). Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful saved us $$ and time. I had an unfavorable experience many many years ago and vowed never to shop Best buy again. I am very pleased to report I will shop Best buy again, my faith is restored. I highly recommend the Best buy at Southlands.
