We had an excellent experience getting new appliances at Pacific Sales in Newbury Park. Steve Douglas worked with us from the "just looking" stage right through delivery and installation of our new KitchenAid appliances. He is very experienced and knows his stuff so there wasn't a question we asked that Steve couldn't answer. There was no pressure to buy or "upselling" at all and his patience through our 3 store visits was appreciated. Pacific Sales' delivery and installation teams were great including modifying our countertop to fit the new cooktop. Anyone thinking about buying major appliances should definitely meet with Steve at Pacific Sales.
