Thanks to Charlotte, my experience at Pacific Sales Temecula was OUTSTANDING! Like most of us, money is always tight and I like to get the best value for my hard earned money/savings and sales persons are a large part of ensuring I get the best bang for my buck...or in my case this go-around, it was nearly $5,000.00. Charlotte represented the store superbly. A true professional in the business of appliance sales, she is at the top of her game. She listened to my requirements and took me to the products that met my needs. I was lucky to have had her as my sales rep and recommend her to those going to the Temecula store. Thank you Charlotte! For those of you in leadership positions/corporate level at Pacific Sales, she is one of few salespersons I have come in contact with that has such a deep knowledge of home appliances AND people skills and sales skills, you all should really think about giving her a bonus or pay raise or at the very least, some sort of recognition for doing such a great job.

I purchased an almost 8,000 dollar built in refrigerator. Even though they sent out someone to check out the installation, they never pulled out the old refrigerator. Then the installer refused to install and hook up my refrigerator. He just left it in my kitchen and I had to pay someone to install.

The true testament of great customer service is when something goes wrong. I purchased a complete kitchen and washer and dryer a couple of years ago. I purchased an extended warranty at the suggestion of Paul at Pacific Sales Temecula. Unfortunately, my washer broke. I called Best Buy service. They came to service my machine and it could not be repaired. I then called Pacific Sales and to my surprise they let them know that Best Buy would be replacing the washer. Paul and team Pacific Sales walked me through the process. Aaron at the front counter yet explained how to open the email. Paul let me know that I would be getting a new machine and even took the time to let me know that the control panel would be slightly different. I am so glad he did that to avoid disappointment. Janette called and walked me through the checkout process. Two days later my washer was delivered, and I am doing laundry. This is why I only shop at Pacific Sales Temecula. They made a stressful and difficult process, go off without a hitch because when I needed them they all delivered exceptional customer service that cemented my original decision to purchase from them over the competition once again. Pacific Sales still gives the best customer service long after the sale. Thank you!
