Luis, the manager is an awesome guy, all around. I bought a lens and was surprised to see that it was swapped out with a used lens. I was very upset and concerned that, because I’m Black, in light of current affairs, that I wouldn’t be treated fairly and with dignity and respect. I thought that if I brought the lens in they would accuse me of wrong doing. Upon my discovery, I called Best Buy in Signal Hill and expressed my concerns to the store manager. He instantly understood and even told me that these things happen. He made me feel like a valuable costumer. He even told me to ask for him when I got there. I was at ease when I arrived. The costumer service rep was very kind as well. I told her about what happened and she understood as well. Even before I spoke to Luis. Not only is he a great guy and manager he also trains a great staff. I am a costumer for life at the Signal Hill store. Thanks for choosing the best at Best Buy.
