Yes the employees are nice but I had the worst experience with the washing machines I purchased from them...the 1st, a Whirlpool Cabrio did not work at all, the 2nd a Samsung, I paid over $200 more, the water level was never right either too much or too little and it was supposed to sense this, technology really, and the last a ge, tried one of the simplest washers they carry and it just filled all the way up on low water level then emptied without washing at all, I could not believe it. They do not come with manuals and they do not test in store but I did utube it. When I bought the 1st washer $250 seemed like a deal when a new washer runs $400 and up wish I would have just paid the difference for a new one. They were all returned for a reason, I hope no one ends up with my returns like I did with someone else's problems. That was the worst experience, the lazy tester that tagged it as working needs to be fired and I am going to buy a brand new washer, I'm done hauling heavy washers back to them.
