Staff miscommunicated about their device trade in policy, caused me some headaches but in the end I sold my device on eBay and got more for it there - to be expected. Only bought new device due to sales going on, otherwise you're just feeding an obsolete corporation.

Customer service is right out of the door with this one. I waited for about an hour and no one approached me to ask me if I needed help which in today's case I did. I wanted to purchase a smart watch but I had questions. They don't seem to care about the customer at all. And there was no one else there as far as customer flow. There was enough employees but a single one asked me if I needed anything. I ended up leaving emtpy handed. Made my purchase via Amazon
