I bought a Viking stove oven and i never checked to see if the oven worked when they delivered it. I finally decide to use for Christmas and the Oven part did not work i called them Pacific Sales and no help. Now the tech is saying the cost to repair a bran new oven is 1,500 i received no help from Pacific Sales its really disappointing to buy something new and its a bad unit. Please check that everything works before buying it or when they deliver it.

Sales people are very knowledgeable. They are helpful and willing to look up details for comparison. Their pricing is reasonable and they offer both lower range products and high end. They offer delivery and installation. Have purchased several appliances here over the years.
