The most frustrating phone system I've ever encountered. Impossible to talk to someone who is physically in the store. If you want to check product availability you need to have the number for the product from their website. If I'm going to go look up the number on the website why in the world would I need to call after. Why even have a physical location if you aren't going to provide physical location services. Was trying to call real quick to see if they have something in stock so that I can drive down and spend 400$ at their store, but they spent thousands of dollars to develop a phone system in order to make that impossible for me to do. Amazon here I come, I guess physical stores are dead after all
