About the only reason to still go to Best Buy is for large electronics, appliances, or the occasional convenience item on sale. Amazon has them beat on all small electronics. However, that is not enough to warrant a low score. I gave this particular Best Buy a low score because of extremely bad management. Multiple times I have tried to purchase something only to find out it wasn't supposed to be put out on the floor yet. A manager took an item OUT OF MY HAND and then called someone over to put them back in the warehouse section. He didn't even apologize and acted like I was trying to pull a fast one. I also went to buy a movie and it rang up higher at the register. I pointed out that it was on sale according to the tag and when I walked back there with a manager, they removed the tag right in front of me and said that was outdated. I told them they still should honor the price listed. It was not my fault they had the incorrect price. The manager claimed they did not have to honor it. He was condescending about it too. I didn't buy anything. I have also had employees claim they don't carry an item and then I find it with little effort. Overall, this is one of the worst Best Buys I've ever been to.
