Best Buy Spanish Fort

Good products, good prices, good financing.

The store selection was very limited and what items they did carry were out of stock. I purchased a Note 10+. The BOGO promotion was going on so we were going to do that and the white woman with black and gray hair in the cell phone section argued with me when ATT informed me later she was wrong therefore we missed out on being able to do do that promotion. She doesn't know the products well as several things she said I knew to be false. When I asked about a screen protector, she said they didn't make one but wrong again. She was very rude. She appeared to be bothered by the fact that I was asking questions about the products and promotions or that she had to help me at all. She did not seem to want to be there. Very dissatisfied with our experience and that because her lack of knowledge about the promotions we were unable to both get what we needed. I'm an Elite Plus member but I've never had an experience this bad at any other Best Buy and I buy all of my electronics and appliances from there. I wish we'd gone to another store.
